Theoretically, one could buy a 2021 membership on site and then join the tournament and festivities, right?

That wouldnt seem like great value considering it is the last month of the year for the tag.
Just in this event. It comes with the annual purchase of your membership, the party and round. The #1 tag was sent to us from out of state by the tag holder to put in for this event.
