ABOUT THIS EVENT:

Thank you for your interest in Camden Remembers 2022 - Powered by Dynamic Discs Savannah. This is a 9/11 21-year memorial tribute charity tournament. We will be operating under the guidelines of the PDGA Competition Endowment Program,. All proceeds will be donated to the FDNY Foundation's fund to benefit the widows and orphans of their 9/11 victims.

This is a three-round, two-day event held at the challenging, technical Gum Branch course at Howard Peeples Park in Kingsland, GA. We will have five-player cards with shotgun starts all three rounds.

PDGA COMPETITION ENDOWMENT PROGRAM:

In order to maximize our charity donation, our event is being operated under the PDGA Competition Endowment Program (CEP). This guarantees that all PDGA fees normally required to run an event, plus a percentage of all player entry fees will go straight to FDNY Foundation!

SWAG / PAYOUTS:

Trophies for all divisions.

Generous donors have contributed $XX.00 as added cash. Pro payouts will be delivered via PayPal.

AM payouts will be in the form of vouchers redeemable with Dynamic Discs Savannah, who will be our on-site vendor and tournament sponsor.

50/50 CHARITY RANDOM DRAW DOUBLES:

Join us Friday evening for our 50/50 random draw doubles event! 50% of the buy-ins will go to player payouts, and the remaining 50% will go to FDNY Foundation. There will be an additional optional $3 ace pot for all players in the doubles match. If no aces are hit, the ace pool will be donated to FDNY Foundation.

ACE POOL:

All aces hit during the event will be eligible for Ace Pool winnings. To win, players must buy-in to the Ace Pool at registration. Winnings will be split between all players who hit an ace. If no ace is hit, this pool money will be donated to FDNY Foundation.

TOURNAMENT CTPS:

There will be FREE CTP’s for all divisions during the first round of the event. You do NOT need to buy in to be eligible for these prizes. A full list of holes and divisions will be in the player’s guide.

CHARITY CTP:

An optional Charity CTP is available to all players at registration or check-in. The winner will receive an MVP Black Hole portable practice basket donated by our partners Russ Mason and Savage Disc Golf. Participation will require $5.00 per throw, 3-throw maximum per participant. You must buy in Day-Of to be eligible to win this prize. All Charity CTP money will be donated to FDNY Foundation.

RAFFLE:

All raffle proceeds will go to FDNY Foundation!

Raffle ticket prices: 3 tickets for $5, 7 tickets for $10, or an arm’s length for $20.

You can buy tickets with cash or PayPal. The raffle will be held after the awards ceremony.

DRESS CODE:

Please plan on wearing golf style attire. Collared shirts are not required but highly recommended. Athletic wear is OK. We want to look good out there!

DIVISIONS:

There must be at least three players per division. Players will be moved if necessary.

The following divisions will be capped at 20 players for registration: Recreational (MA3), and Intermediate (MA2). 10 player cap for Novice (MA4). Any waitlists will be cleared per division until 30-days from event.

WAIT-LIST:

Waitlists will be per division until 30-days prior to the event, at which time the waitlists will be cleared on a first-come, first-served basis.
