This is for all the players that gave me a bad email or the email just doesn't work.
PLAYER’S MEETING EMAIL

Please read through this entire email. Don’t be lazy because most likely all questions will be answered by just reading the following.

Precautions:
Social distance so we can keep playing these tournaments. If you can’t social distance then please wear a mask. Use the link below.

Hydrate!!! It will be warm and we will not have our usual water jugs on the course. Make sure you have plenty of fluids with you.

We will not be providing food this year as well so make sure you have what you need. We will be taking an extra long lunch to allow for travel time and players to get lunch.

Bees are out there. Please be aware of them. If you encounter them please use relief behind if possible no penalty and stay safe. You can send me a message about anything via cell, facebook, or discgolfscene. I will then send out information on the PDGA scoring.

Scoring:
Online scoring will be available and strongly advised to do so. One person in the group will have to log onto pdga.com/score enter the password CC2020 then follow the instructions.
There should be a back-up card in the group either through Udisc or paper card. Paper cards will be available during check-in.
Pools, Schedule, and Course information:

Pool A: All pro divisions and FA1
Pool B: All other Amateur divisions

Saturday morning check-in 7:45am to 8:30am then head to your hole assignment.
1st round shotgun start at 8:45am
Pool A will be at Bryant Park
Pool B will be at Waterloo Park

2nd round Saturday Afternoon
Pool A will be at Waterloo Park
Pool B will be at Bryant Park
Hole assignments and shotgun start will determined at lunch and posted on Facebook as well as discgolfscene.

Sunday will be Tee times at Bryant park only starting at 7:00am. The order of divisions will be:
Starting at 7:00am MA40, MA60, MA50, MA2, FA1, MA1, MP50, MP40, and last tee times will be MPO. Those times will be set Saturday evening.

Player’s Packs will be available Sunday either before or after your round.

Saturday
Pool A will play Bryant park in the morning and Waterloo in the afternoon.

Pool B will play Waterloo park in the morning and Bryant in the afternoon.

All tee assignments will be posted Thursday late to early evening.
