Hi Alan, the pass through fees are part of the main registration fee that doesn't count towards the PDGA mandated player pack value. Stuff like renting the course and the donation to charity. This part of the event is a two round PDGA sanctioned tournament on Saturday. The second event is an unsanctioned event on Sunday separate from this one, but if you want to sign up for both, there's an option to add the second day for $20
