Tournament refund / cancellation policy
退款与取消政策
为保障赛事的顺利筹备与各位选手的参赛体验，本次赛事报名费退款规则如下：

全额退款： 距开赛日 7天以上（不含7天）申请取消，可获 100% 全额退款。
半额退款： 距开赛日 3至7天（含）内申请取消，可退还 50% 报名费。
不予退款： 距开赛日 不足3天 申请取消，报名费将不予退还。
特殊说明：如遇不可抗力或突发紧急情况，请及时联系赛事组委会进行协商处理。

Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure the smooth preparation of the event and the best experience for all players, the following refund policy applies to registration fees:

100% Refund: Cancellations requested more than 7 days prior to the tournament start date.
50% Refund: Cancellations requested 3 to 7 days prior to the tournament start date.
No Refund: Cancellations requested within 3 days of the tournament start date are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances: In the event of force majeure or unexpected emergencies, please contact the Organizing Committee directly for further assistance.

DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
