Since we have a large waitlist, i wanted to publish how it will work.
If someone drops, number one is put in the event. The $5 WL fee is the credited toward entry and you owe the difference. Number 2 is then number 1, 3 then 2, so and so forth.
This process continues until the event starts or until there is no on the waitlist.
Should you register for the WL and not get in, your $5 will be refunded at the start of the event.

Since this is a fundraiser. We are limiting divisions to reduce trophy costs. This increase the donation to the foodbank, which is the ultimate goal.

If we are on the waitlist, should we show up Sat AM in the setting that a currently registered player no shows on Saturday?
No, due to Covid we can't allow this. If you aren't in by Thursday at 12, you will not be allowed to play.
