I see that zebulon 18 is playing from flags instead of the boardwalk. Appx where is the flagged off tee going to be located?

Sidewalk near the bottom of the stairs. I will mark in the morning. Did not want to mark a flag on a walking path.

with this storm passing through, does the course hold a bunch of water or does it drain pretty well?

All 4 respond differently. We are communicating with parks and doing personal inspections of each course. But I would expect each course to have water at some places
