About this tournament

The Circuit Challenge is back! Be the first to get your hands on three discs from the MVP family of brands, before their general release to the public, by playing in a Circuit Challenge. Each player receives a three-disc player pack, and must compete using only those three discs. These discs are typically highly requested mold/plastic combos, and this year is certainly no exception, with the first-ever release of the Cypher fairway driver, and the Range making it's debut in the new Eclipse Electron plastic!
This year's discs are:
MVP Proton Cypher (7/5/-3/1)
Axiom Particle Proton Paradox (5/4/-4/0)
Streamline Eclipse Electron Range (2/1/-0.5/0.5)
CADL Inc. is pleased to put on this MVP Circuit Challenge event, with proceeds benefitting our annual fundraiser for the UNC NICU Hospital!
To give a bit of a different feel to this event compared to other Circuit Challenges, we are doing this one as BYOP best-shot Doubles! This was a huge hit last year and we can't wait to run it back! We will have five divisions: Pro, Advanced, Rec, Women's, and Mixed. Teams should register in the division that aligns with the higher-rated player on the team.
Winners of each division receive a free Lab Second disc of their choice and a trophy! We'll also have a special additional prize for the best scoring team in the entire field.
We'll be playing one round of best-shot doubles from a modified, 18-hole Diavolo Red layout which goes as follows:
1 Red
2 Red
3 Red
4A (4 blue tee to temp basket near 4's red tee)
4B (temp tee at the top of the second hill to regular 4 basket)
5 Red/White
6 Red/White
7 Red
9 Red
13 Red/White
14 regular
15 Red/White
16 Red
17 Red/White
18 Red/White
19 Fusion (19 Blue tee up the road to 21's basket)
10 regular
11 Red/White
This layout should not only be more conducive to being played with this year's Circuit Challenge discs, it also flows quickly and should allow everyone to finish in the daylight!
There will also be CTP opportunities to win discs, swag, or other awesomeness! Ace pool is included in registration, $5 per team will go towards the ace pool. (If no aces are hit, the money will be added to the NICU donation).
Following the Circuit Challenge, we'll host a Diavolo After Dark BYOP Doubles Glow Golf round, which you can sign up for at the same time as your Circuit Challenge registration (if you want). Full details for that will be available at dgscene.com/diavologlow827 (closer to the event).
Grab a friend, your partner, or the best disc golfer you know, and join us for this fun BYOP Doubles Circuit Challenge event, in partnership with MVP Disc Sports!

Refund policy
CADL Inc. is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Players who withdraw after August 8th will receive their players pack in lieu of a refund unless their spot is filled from a waitlist. Watermelon and L2 discs are non-refundable after this date as well.
