About this tournament

This is a fundraiser to help Burnet Woods get returned to 18 holes with teepads and baskets. No players pack. Money instead will be donated to the course. We charged $5 more as the ace fund. If nobody hits the ace fund it will be donated to the Burnet Woods fund.
Burnet Woods is one of the oldest Parks in the Cincinnati Parks system. Current 9 hole course has been in dire need of renovations and we now how the awesome opportunity to help make that happen. GCDGA, with the help of several Clifton area organizations, have gathered funding to order 18 new baskets. Cincinnati Parks will be installing 18 new concrete tee pads. Adam Jones is overseeing the project with the Parks department and will be updating everyone as the progress continues. New 18 hole layout is very similar to what we have used before when hosting events here. Course will have a few minor changes here and there. We do not have any dates set for when the course work will be completed, have to wait and see as Adam brings us more details.

As a fundraiser and per PDGA guidelines, $5 per player will be used as your donation to the project for new baskets. PDGA allows C-Tiers to keep 15% or less for Fundraising efforts. Thanks for the support.

Layout:
Full 18 will be used, current 9 holes and then the new 9 holes across the road. We won't be able to mark the new section for practice till after the Parks finish their weekly mowing, we will post when that is ready. Also weather dependent...
Parking: Any practice days: Before the event, must park over by current holes 4-6.
During the event we will be parking on Brookline road, near hole 1 & 9, this is Student Parking only but we will be allowed for the event, Only.
Payouts will be ready once your division has completed your rounds.
Pro Divisions will be handled through PayPal.
Amateur divisions will receive vouchers for Club Merchandise.

Refund policy
Greater Cincinnati Disc Golf Association is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will refund entry minus disc golf scene fees.
