Thank you for signing up for the Inaugural Bull Creek Open supported by Innova Discs. This is a PDGA C-Tier event, playing 2 rounds of 18 holes. The Hole assignments have been published via the below PDGA link. This link will be where you find hole assignments for both rounds. Underneath that link, is the Disc Golf Scene Link and that is where I will communicate any changes or notes to the event. There will not be any changes to the hole assignments by request.
Please make sure you check prior to showing up to confirm your hole assignment has not changed. I will do my best to notify you if I have to make changes, but it is your responsibility to know.

This is a PDGA Event so ALL PDGA Rules apply. It is everyone's job to know those rules whether it is your first event or 100th. Please make sure you ask questions to either me or your card mates. Please be courteous and respectful of each other.
Check-In:
The required check-in time is 7:30a until 8 am. Everyone is required to check in regardless of division or if you accepted the player's package. If you do not check-in, you risk the chance of being removed from the event. Please check-in.
At Check-In, I will give you the Scoring Access Code, Official Start Time, and any changes if any for the day.
Parking:
There is enough parking, but not a lot of parking at the course. I HIGHLY recommend that you carpool with a friend if you have the opportunity, so you do not risk having to park on the main street.
Scoring:
We will keep the official score on
www.pdga.com/score or using the PDGA Scoring App. Each card will also have at minimum a second scorecard which can either be on PDGA, UDISC, or a Paper Scorecard. If the 2nd Score Card is done via the PDGA Scoring, every scorecard has to be finalized.
Course Details:
All of the Official Rules for the Course are attached, but they will also be on the PDGA Official scoring page/app. No matter what you hear or see, the official rules are listed on the PDGA Scoring page/app. If there are discrepancies, the PDGA Scoring page/App is official and trumps anything else. If you are keeping score, please make sure you read those rules prior to each hole and if you are not the one keeping the official score, make sure you ask if you do not hear the rules.
Ace Pool:
There is an Ace Pool for this event and those who signed up for it during registration are eligible for a Cash Payout if a '1' is scored on your card during the round. If there is one Ace, that player will get 100% of the payout. If there is more than 1, then those players would share the ace payout equally. If there are not any Aces, that money is donated to the 2023 Midwest Amateur Championships as stated in the description during registration.
Lunch:
There will be a 1-Hour Lunch between the first and second rounds. There are not a lot of options for food, nearby, Please plan accordingly.
Payout:
All Pro Payout can be either picked up after your round via check if you are eligible, or I can submit it based on your request during registration within 48 hours of the completion of the event.
All Amateur Payouts will be sent to the store you selected during registration within 48 hours of the completion of the event.
All Payout denominations can be found via the Disc Golf Scene Event Page within 24 hours of the completion of the event. The event page will convert to a results page. Pro Tip: Create an account and attach your PDGA Number and you will get notified about any uploads pertaining to the event.

Round Games:
We will have a Game each Round. For Round 1, Hole #6 will be a Group CTP. The closest player to the basket in each group, come and see me after the round for a CTP Prize.
The 2nd Round will have a Win Your Card Prize, so if you win your card for the 2nd Round Only, come and see me.
Trophies & Ties:
There will be a Trophy option awarded to the winner of each division. At the end of the event, I will give you the option to get a custom trophy made with your name on it, or you can decline the trophy for an additional $10 payout added to your awarded payout. Those accepting trophies will get those within 2-3 weeks after the completion of the event. Since they will be custom, it will take time to get made up.
If there are any Ties after the completion of 2 rounds, those ties will have to be broken through a sudden death playoff. Only one winner is eligible for the trophy.
Raffle:
There was a Raffle option during registration. I will draw those winners during Round #1 and post them on Disc Golf Scene under the comments section. Please check in with me after Round #1 to see if you were a Lucky winner.
Bathrooms/Water:
There will not be water or bathrooms on the course, but there is an indoor bathroom and water fountain inside the main building at Hole #1. Please plan accordingly.
Cancellations:
If something has changed and you are unable to make it, please let me know right away.
Refund Policy:
Any requested refunds after hole assignments are live on March 3rd. will receive 50% of their entry fee refunded
There are NO refunds on the day of the event. No Call, No Shows for any reason forfeit their entry fee and players package, if applicable.

April 8th is Liberty Gold, which is a 1 Round PDGA C Tier Tee Time event. This is open to all divisions but is also a Kansas City Wide Open DGPT Silver Series Qualifier for MPO and FPO.
