About this tournament

Thank you for your interest in competing in the Buddy Tritt Fundraiser Disc Golf Tournament at Kilborne Park on August 1st. Our good friend and former Charlotte resident Taylor "Buddy" Tritt was in a serious car accident a few weeks ago while traveling to a disc golf tournament in Wisconsin. Buddy is going to need help with medical costs that will undoubtably be very overwhelming for him and his family. While we won't be able to ease Buddy's physical paid, we can lighten the burden of financial stress that is building due to the severity of the accident.
Per Charlotte P&R mandates, we are not allowed to have more than 24 players on the course for an event at any time. Therefore, we are going to have 4 time slots available to sign up for which you saw when you registered for the event. If you need to change your time selection please let me know so that I can plan accordingly. My goal is to fill this event and raise as much money for Buddy as we possibly can so again if you need to make a change it is no problem as long as you give me notice. If you would like to request a foursome you are more than welcome to do so. You are also more than welcome to play with players outside of your division if you would like. While the goal of the event is to raise money for Buddy, we will do cash payout for all divisions. If there are more than 6 players in your division payout will be: 1st-$40, 2nd-$30, 3rd-$20. For divisions with less than 6 players, payout will pay 1st-$40 and 2nd-$20.
In addition to payout, we will have CTP's as well as a raffle both of which will be available for all 4 time slots. I will personally deliver prizes to you or I can drop them off at Another Round Disc Golf where you can pick them up. Payout will be conducted via PayPal. If you do not have PayPal, I will work with you to get you your winnings.

Refund policy
David Weaver is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will not be given with less than 24 hour notice. If you know you won't be able to make the event, please give us as much of a heads up as possible so that we have ample time to fill the spot.
