About this tournament

WELCOME! This is a fundraiser for the 2025 BC Women’s Series Championship on September 27/28.
Bonson Bowl Park in Pitt Meadows. Three rounds. Mixed doubles. Doubles teams MUST have at least one female player on their team.
All doubles teams will play in the same division, same tee pads.
Feel free to get matchy matchy and coordinate with your doubles partner as well. Who’s going to be best dressed? Can’t wait to see!
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Optional $5 Ace Pot.
If no Aces are hit, the Ace pot will be donated to the BC Women's Series Championship Ace pot.
SCHEDULE
Teams will play three rounds with cards of 6. Shotgun start 9am.
FORMAT
21 holes. 3 rounds of the 7 hole course. Round 1-Best shot doubles. Round 2-Worst shot doubles with a twist. Round 3-Card determines doubles with a twist. Teams may only use putters and mids. Teams may use the same player’s drive no more than two consecutive times for Best Shot.
SCORING
Scoring will be done on paper cards.
PRIZES
100% will go towards the BC Women’s Series Championship. There will be fun trophies for winners as well as some other locally donated prizes for CTPs and other challenges.
CELEBRATION
Continue the fun after the tourney at Foamers' Folly Brewing Co. just 5 minutes away from the course.
REFUND POLICY
Shannon Sanders is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Full refunds will be granted if requested by August 29. After August 29, refunds will only be granted if your spot is filled by someone on the waitlist.
