Tomorrow is the big day for Bring a Buddy Doubles at Belmont Park! All of us from Hazy Shade and Team Hazy Shade really appreciate your support by being a part of this event. All of the proceeds from this event will go right towards their 2023 season.

Few details about tomorrow to remind you.

This event is sold out with a wait list so please be there and be on time. We are jumping in the way back machine for this one. That's right, sharpen those pencils and put those phones away as Tony Mo and team take you on a trip down memory lane. Or maybe a guided tour of how disc golf events used to be run. At about 8:45 be in the parking lot ready to go please. Tony and the team will give a quick players meeting and cover any round details and answer questions. Then we will have our board with all your team names on a card. YOU DO NOT TAKE THE CARD WITH YOUR TEAM NAME. This will be used to record your score and set the holes for round 2. If your team is the top team on the board, then YOU TAKE THE SCORECARD. But remember what you do not take.....that's right the card with the team names. Now 3 teams will start on hole 19, and our board only has 18 holes. So if you don't see your name, please check with Tony or the team. You are most likely on hole 19.

Restrooms. The City does not turn on the water this early in the season. So we did secure a Portable Toilet for the event. That said it may be cold so come prepared please.

Ace Fund and Mulligns must be paid before the round. It will not be easy to take your money and track who is in tomorrow in the park. So if you want in please edit your DGS page if you would.

Please remember the terms you or your partner agreed to when you signed up.
"Optional Per Player Ace Fund. This will be a 50/50 split if hit by just 1 player. If 2 or more players hit an ACE Team Hazy Shade will only keep 25%. If no ACE is hit 100% will go to Team Hazy Shade".

Also please remember the terms for the Mulligans you or your partner agreed to when you signed up as well.
"Optional Per Person Mulligans. 6 Mulligans good for any time in any round INCLUDING playoffs. Additionally if a mulligan is used and an ACE is hit it will count in the ACE Pool if you're in. Use them or lose them but 100% will go to support the 2023 Team Hazy Shade"

After round one check your scores with the rest of the players and please TURN YOU CARD IN. I know I know you're hungry and upset you burned 3 mulligans and still took a 3. I get it. But we need your card to set the next round. Team members need to eat. And every other player will be asking "What time does the next round start"?

Round 2 starts about 1 hour after the last card comes in. It is your responsibility to know this time and be on your hole ready to go at that time. If you are late you will be stroked par +4 or scored a (7) for each hole you miss. Your full team needs to be there at that time and you can not join a hole late. If you show up and we have started you must join on the next hole. I know I hate rules too and yes this is designed to be a fun event but, we are playing for money so we have to play inside the same rules

After the round if you would please make sure everything is cleaned up. Whether we made the mess or not, let's leave the park in better shape then we found it. There will most likely be some fun stuff going on around the parking lot for you but, if you have to leave you can. But you still need to TURN YOUR CARD IN.

Payout will be digital so winnings will be sent by email. This is a good time to remind you that the email you used will be used for payout. So please make sure we have a good one on DGS. But....if you didn't you're not reading this anyway. So be a good partner and tell your partner we need their email. If not and you get paid out you will get both payouts. Maybe that's your plan, but we can track this so that's between you two lol.
