Justin Monin Hi All, so I was far down on the waiting list for this tournament so I requested a refund. I paid $51.80 for the tournament with another $1.34 fee. When I requested the refund, it stated it was only going to give me $25.00 back. Is this normal or am I missing something? Oct 15, 2020
Jeremy Hoeltke Oct 17, 2020
It refunds both you and your partner separately. So you should have received the other $25 when i p ... show more ›

Jeremy Hoeltke This link should allow you to watch the player's meeting, for anybody that is not on Facebook. I hope it works.

Tim Bower I would like to give a big shout-out to Jeremy and his crew. Putting together a sanctioned tournament in less than 2 weeks, downright awesome. You are an outstanding example for other TDs in New York . Jun 26, 2020
Jeremy Hoeltke There will be a virtual player's meeting, via FB live, tomorrow (Thursday) at 9pm. It will be streamed through the WNYDGC fb page.
There will also be a brief opportunity to ask questions on Saturday morning, in smaller groups.
Please contact me if you do have any questions. Thank you.

Justin Ernst Any word on times for tee off or players meeting (virtual or in person) yet? Jun 19, 2020
Justin Ernst Jun 19, 2020 I'm guessing this is going to play pretty slow, so earlier than typical tee off maybe?
Jeremy Hoeltke Jun 19, 2020 I will have it up by sunday- still working through everything. I would expect to tee early though.
Justin Ernst Jun 20, 2020 Thanks

I am currently working on a way to accommodate most people who have been waitlisted for the Bond Lake Open. I expected the event to fill, but not as quickly as it did (aka in like the first 5 minutes) ... show more ›

Rich Longer Jun 19, 2020 90+ people registered within 5 minutes for an event announced the same day in a private FB group. This course is epic and I doubt there would be spots left if the field was tripled
Santos Torres I just want to say thank you very much Jeremy! Barely got the green light to open and you’re putting on a sanctioned tourney at one of the best courses in the area. Much appreciated. Let’s goooooo Jun 18, 2020
Jay R. Ingerson Jr. Damn! He said it'll go fast! He wasn't lying! Jun 18, 2020
Mike Herzog I sign up in first three minutes, and am on waitlist.... sigh.... ridiculous Jun 18, 2020

Rich Longer How do AM payouts work? Jun 18, 2020
Jeremy Hoeltke Jun 18, 2020 All AMs will recieve merchandise as payouts, as per PDGA guidelines.
Rich Longer Jun 18, 2020 Okay thanks I’ve been to one that gave pre-packed bundles which ended up being a mix of misprints and tourney stamped discs
Jeremy Hoeltke Jun 18, 2020 It will not be that way, you will be able to choose what you recieve in your payout, based off of inventory.
Jeremy Hoeltke This event will be 2 rounds...
Tee assignments will be Open and Advanced- Round 1 Blue, Round 2 White
All other divisions will play 2 rounds of Whites

Timothy Cooper Will Rec be throwing all Whites? Jun 18, 2020
