If match play is happening spontaneously, it might not work out that cleanly. I’m the past the 16 have gone out as 4somes, and whenever the first match finishes, the 2nd match begins (it’s not going to start/end cleanly on an even 9 holes for the quarter or semi-finals) - this would present potential confusion if some players move on to L/S layout while players behind are still finishing up on S/L. That all said, it’ll be fine regardless

Yes, but the first and second round are both to the short baskets. I would assume for the final four, they would all need to come back and regroup so they could be on the same card, and that is when it starts on the long basket right?

I'm hesitant to say 'absolutely' out of fear of opening up that Pandora's box, but since this is an unsanctioned event, feel free to send me a message the week of and I will see what I can do. Keep in mind the player/card that has the most requests will probably be starting on hole 4.

Hey Chris, I was just busting chops, I won't assign you to hole 4 :). I will try to honor any requests for first round cardmates the best I can. Preferably get those requests in now (or early this week) so I'm not scrambling the morning of.
