Ryan Brunson    August 17, 2022 at 6:12pm

What time on Saturday will the fb live players meeting be?

Clint Reiter   August 19, 2022 at 5:08pm

Danny just posted this on Facebook. "You don't have to attend the Facebook live event, you will still be able to watch it at any time once it's been posted. He is hoping to do it around noon."

Ryan Brunson   August 19, 2022 at 6:47pm

Great, I appreciate it.

Josh Menne    August 17, 2022 at 2:31am

Do the pools play all the long pads at Maxwell i.e. Hole 3 like the Ledgestone Flex? Or all the shorts? Thanks

Hmm, still getting the same message.

Clint Reiter   August 17, 2022 at 5:51pm

Odd. Well then anyone that wants to see the players guide, please go see the post on the Bloomington Normal Disc Golf Club facebook page :)

Robert J Auth    August 16, 2022 at 5:32pm

I see a lot of people that have played events in higher bracket than novice in the novice division some intermediate what's with that?

Clint Reiter   August 16, 2022 at 5:42pm

Also, they may have played an event that only offered Intermediate, so they may have had no choice. It really all comes down to their PDGA rating.

Mike Rotter   August 16, 2022 at 8:24pm

The Champaign league counts everybody as MA1 so you may see some of us have played Advanced division but are not truly that level

Danny Strine    August 16, 2022 at 2:20pm

POOL A starting at PJ/Forrest: MA4, ALL MPO, AM MASTERS, and FAs

POOL B starting at Maxwell: MA1 MA2 MA3

These are tentative and subject to change based of signups!!!!!

Mike Rotter   August 17, 2022 at 2:14am

Any idea when you plan to finalize these?

Danny Strine   August 17, 2022 at 3:09am

Go by this. Divisions will be emailed friday night if we need to make changes.

Connor Willcoxen    August 15, 2022 at 3:11pm

Danny Strine   August 16, 2022 at 1:14pm

Its hard to set pools in such a small tournment until most of the field is registered. The schedule is posted in the about section.

Clint Reiter   August 16, 2022 at 1:25pm

Hi Connor and Dick. Completely understand wanting to know the pools, however you have to remember that registration is open until Friday, so player counts can change. Last Friday there were only 66 people signed up, and now we are up to 99. We want to try to balance out the number of players in ea ... more

Connor Willcoxen   August 17, 2022 at 12:14am

Thanks! I completely understand now

Todd Peddycoart    August 15, 2022 at 1:11pm

Danny Strine   August 15, 2022 at 1:31pm

Yes you can bring a caddy

Are we going to be picking tee off times? Or just everyone show up at the same ? Also is there a minimum person per card. Sorry for all the questions this is only my 2nd tournament. I just played in the ledgestone flex round.

Jason Cook    August 9, 2022 at 3:45am

This will be my first tourney ever. I'm googling a bit for insights about what to expect but does anyone have any advice for a newer player? I signed up in the MA3 category. Of course I'll have my disc bag and water bottle but is there anything else I should have on hand?

Actually I think I understand better after re-reading the "About" page. This tourney will just be two rounds, one at Maxwell and the other split between Irvin and Forrest. Could still be a long day, I'll prepare accordingly. Cheers!

Mike Rotter   August 11, 2022 at 10:42am

There’s usually a one hour long break between the two rounds. So you’d have time to go grab lunch

Clint Reiter   August 16, 2022 at 1:27pm

Correct, there is a 1 hour break between rounds. The last card that is turned in from each pool will have 1 hour from that time before the 2nd round starts at the other course. Pools will be announced this week, but everyone will start at either PJ, or Maxwell. Will play that round of 18 holes, a ... more

Dick England    August 7, 2022 at 12:39pm

What are the pools? With Divisions will be in the same pool as mpo?

Danny Strine   August 7, 2022 at 4:25pm

We usually have 1 or 2 pools ill have them set and posted next weeks once signup are closer to complete.

Robert J Auth    July 2, 2022 at 3:45pm
