A couple things about the event:

The early start time (earlier than most) is so we can have plenty of time for two rounds without having to rush.
Sunset is at 6:38 PM that day and I want to be finished well before then.

Tournament HQ will be at Stohrer's Lodge next to the white tee at hole # 11 (not the ski hill parking lot).
The HQ is accessible directly from Cornwall Rd.
Coming from Rt. 400/ Rt. 16 - go up the hill on Emery Rd. and turn left onto Cornwall just before the ski hill lot, shelter is first right.
Coming from Center Rd. - go down hill on Emery Rd. past ski hill lot and turn right onto Cornwall Rd., shelter is first right.

I plan to have pizzas delivered for a free lunch courtesy of the tournament sponsors.
That way nobody has to leave, and we can get back out on the course quicker.

I plan to be at the course all day both Thurs. & Fri. 10/10-11 getting things ready.
Anyone wish to help will be rewarded and appreciated.

The cost is $30 per hole. 18 holes plus HQ.
Each sponsor will receive recognition at the player meeting/awards.
They will each also receive one of only 25 existing tournament stamped CryZtal Buzzes.
