There will NOT be a player meeting before round one. Round one will start at 8:30am. Give yourself enough time to get to your assigned hole at least a few minutes early. We will blow an air horn twice for the two minute warning and one long blast to start each round.
All Am's can pick up their player pack discs between 7:30am and 8:00am at the shelter. We have the shelter reserved so people can come out of the weather after their rounds, to use the indoor restrooms, and for awards/payouts.
We will have side games of a ctp on hole 1 and long putt on hole 18 each round using a cone, with paper attached for names, for the marker which will be left by the teepad for the first group that plays that hole to set out.
Please bring a charged phone and be ready to do digital scoring. We will have two players per card doing keeping score through PDGA live scoring. The web address for digital scoring is:

Or you can use the PDGA Live App
The event password is:

MAKE SURE TO SUBMIT & FINALIZE THE SCORES FOR EACH SCORER AFTER EACH ROUND! THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP!
As of Friday afternoon we got all of the pads down to the cement. Hopefully some players can clear any snow on Saturday that might accumulate Friday night.
There is drifting snow in areas. I would recommend using waterproof boots, snow gaiters, or bringing extra pairs of shoes for after each round if possible. The snow may be soft in areas too if anyone wants to use ribbons on their discs, that would be alright. I would recommend using spotters as well.
All divisions are playing the same layout. There will be no OB on Sunday unless you should find some open water on hole 1 or hole 16. Be careful if your disc goes onto that pond area. Be careful of any barbed wire behind hole 12. That is not OB but should be avoided. Players can tee off on hole 5 when and hole 7 when players ahead are putting out on the hole.
There will NOT be a player meeting before round 2 either. I will send out another group email with the round 2 start time and hole assignments after the completion of round 1. If no one hits the optional ace pool, there will be a ctp throw off for the balance. We will have a small award ceremony after round 2 and possible ace pool throw off.
Ace pool and Pro payouts will be allocated via PayPal. Make sure that I have your correct PayPal email. Ams can redeem their merchandise payouts on site or in the future. Let me know if you have any questions. I am looking forward to the event!
