Tournament Registration Notice
To ensure a smooth tournament experience, registration may close before all available spots are filled.
In the days leading up to each event, Beaver Ranch staff must finalize tee times, create player cards, process ace pool entries, organize player packs, prepare check-in materials, and accommodate withdrawals, substitutions, and scheduling adjustments. In order to complete these tasks accurately, registration typically closes 24–48 hours before the event.
Additionally, player pack quantities are ordered well in advance based on projected attendance. If registrations exceed available player pack inventory, registration may close early regardless of the number of remaining tee times.
If you plan on playing, we strongly encourage registering as early as possible. Tournament registration is subject to close at any time and late registrations may not be accommodated.
