ACE POOL update: We heard many tales of ace runs yesterday, but nobody was able to stick one! Per our ace pool policy these funds are going to be rolling forward into the next event in this series - The Beaver Flex Blues Doubles in May.

FYI, the ace pot is rolling forward as these flex events do not allow for a throw off following the event for all participants. This pot will grow and someone will 100% be taking home whatever pool remains for the Silvers Ace Race & Birdie Bash in October.

Payouts have been uploaded. The PDGA has a fantastic Tournament Manager tool that automatically distributes 100% payouts to all top finishers.

FYI, Professional divisions pay out to the top 40% of finishers while all Amateur divisions pay out the top 45% of finishers.

For this event, $33 from every Professional's entry fee went directly into payouts and totaled $858 in Pro payouts for a 100% total payout after PDGA and tournament fees.

The same is true for the Amateurs but with the addition of the player's pack fee of $23 coming out of the entry fee leaving $10 per player into each division's prize pool. The Amateur prizes totaled $560 as our field hosted 56 total Amateurs yesterday. This total was paid out to the top 45% of Amateur finalists in each division at a 100% total payout.

Please give our team some time and your prizes and payouts will be emailed out to you in the next day or two.

For all 1st place finishers (including all those who tied for 1st in their division), your Beaver Flex Champion pins can either be picked up at the Pro Shop or mailed to an address of your choosing. Check your inboxes later today for an email with additional information on how you wish to obtain your trophy pin! Great shooting!

You may edit your registration and include yourself in the ace pool until the first card tees off at 9:00 am MDT on the 23rd of April.

ADDITIONAL PLAYER'S PACK DISC +$23 (25 available):
Purchase one of the player's pack discs. For this event the disc is a Gateway Wizard in super grippy SSS Black with a Beaver Ranch stamp in Gold foil!

Available until April 23 at 2:00pm MDT or when they are sold out!

We wanted to give PROs the ability to obtain these sweet player's pack discs since they are not included in their registration. Also, AMs can now obtain two matching discs to have a backup or a pair of putting putters!

(These options will be available shortly for the remainder of the 2024 Beaver Flex series. So excited for this season and to have all of you take on the course!)

Signed up for the wait list then realized I couldn't make it. Submitted the withdrawal request already so whenever you get a chance if I could get removed/refunded that would be great thanks!
