PARK ACCESS AND VEHICLE PARKING
The park opens at 7:00 a.m. Please use the auxiliary gate located on CR 45 between the main entrance to the park and Ox Bow Elementary School. Follow the dirt road parallel to hole 23 and turn left at the intersection. Follow the road to the parking lot. Tournament Central is located at Stable Shelter, adjacent to the parking area. If the lot is full you may also use the auxiliary parking lot by the auxiliary entrance. You may also park along the side of the road adjacent to hole 22. Thank you.
CHECK-IN AND PLAYERS MEETING
Check in BEGINS at 7:30 a.m. All players MUST check in at tournament central which will be located at Stable Shelter. Amateurs will pick up their player packs at this time. At 8:15 we will have a short players meeting. This is required.
GROUPS
For the first round you will be assigned your groups. Competitors will share a card with players in their same divisions unless an odd number requires players from more than one division to be together. With few exceptions, teams will be grouped by score within their division for the second round.
LAYOUT AND PLAY
All divisions will play two rounds of 18 holes on the winter short layout. The digital scorecard will reflect this addition to the layout. All holes are par three. Play will begin at 8:40 a.m. Ribbons and chalk are allowed on all discs. Tee off may take place from the side or behind all pads.
OUT OF BOUNDS
There will be limited OB, no mando, no island hole. The only out-of-bounds that will be in effect for the event concerns the park boundary, in or on top of any structures or the river. No mando on hole 2, in fact, all teams will play from the drop zone to start the hole.
A disc must be completely surrounded by OB to be out of bounds. If any part of a disc is in bounds, the disc is in bounds and no penalty is assessed. If your disc is within one meter of the out of bounds line you may move the disc away from the OB line up to one meter in any direction toward the basket without penalty. You may not play from out of bounds. You may take greater casual relief from any standing water or large brush piles/downed trees. In line with the basket. No closer to the hole. Here is the hole-by-hole breakdown:
OUT OF BOUNDS
A OB: In or on any structure.
5 OB: In or on any structure.
9 OB: Park property line to the far left of the basket.
12 OB: The river. Play the alternate pin placement.
13 OB: The river.
19 OB: The Ox Bow School property.
21 OB: Over the fence on the right side of the fairway inside the park service center area.

SAFETY
This is a public park. It is possible that you will encounter spectators as well as other community members using the park during the event. Please be mindful of your surroundings and use caution when throwing. Never throw over, at or near another person.
If your disc lands in the river and is quickly and easily accessible you may retrieve it. You have three minutes. Everyone in the group must help search for a lost disc. After three minutes, if the disc is not found, you must continue play and may retrieve your disc following the completion of your round. Do not go into the river under any circumstances during the tournament. Any players caught entering the river may face disqualification.
SIDE GAMES (ACE POT & 50/50 CTP)
All aces will split. The 50/50 CTP will be awarded to the player whose disc lands closest to the basket on hole #1. If a player aces the CTP hole they will win the CTP and split the ace pool with any other aces on the day. There will be divisional CTPs for the first round. Please bring in the CTP on your final hole after the first round.
WATER & RESTROOMS
Bottled water will be available at tournament central, and by holes 1 and 18. Please help yourself. Restrooms are located by the Stable Shelter.
AWARDS
This is a trophy only event for amateurs. The top three teams in each amateur division will receive medals unless the division has less than three teams. Awards will take place at the conclusion of all rounds. Pros will be awarded cash and medals to the first place team. Payouts in accordance with PDGA requirements. Ams playing in the Gold division will be paid out in merchandise.
