Hi Dave. Since the event is flex start, there is not going to be a traditional players meeting. You can choose to tee off any time between 9:00 and 3:00. We will be putting out a pamphlet with the players packs that have information on rules of play. The event is pretty casual, so just show up ready to have a great time! We'll be out there all day and will be playing doubles after we hand out awards. Looking forward to hanging out!

I should note that random doubles after the tournament does not require someone to have played in the first tournament and is full bag. So if you want to come join us for that, we would love to have you. Also, if we have anyone who has to drop out we could open up that players pack.
