Are the holes shortened a bit due to the disc and darkness?

Yes it’s a modified layout for harp use!

is the moonshine harp the only disc that we can use for the round?

Yes. If you have a different premium plastic moonshine harp already, you are welcome to use that instead, but it will be one Harp only for the entire round.
