About this tournament
This is the annual club championship for the Blue Ridge Disc Golf Club! This championship is for 2025 BRDGC tag holders only. See www.brdgc.org for more information. If you would like to be a member of the club you may sign up here:

Format will be the same as normal. One round of stroke play on Short-Short at Walnut Creek. The top 16 will be seeded in a 16 person match play tournament. The 16 tournament will be four rounds of 9 hole matches.
Rd. 1 - Short to Short
Rd. 2 - Long to Short
Rd. 3 - Short to Long
Rd. 4 - Long to Long
Seeding will be based on the scores of the stroke play with tie breakers being determined by tag number with one exception. Any tie that involves continuing onto the match play rounds will be determined by a sudden death playoff of short - short starting on hole 1. Example: Two people tie for the 16th spot, they play a playoff. If 5 people are tied for 15th, they all will play sudden death with the lowest scores dropping off until you have 2 people who would then be seeded 15th and 16th by tag. Basically avoiding a situation where someone makes it into the final round with the help of not playing any club events all year.
$5 entry fee and your 2025 tag will be collected in the morning during check-in (7:00-7:45). The $5 entry fees will be distributed among the top three winners.

This year we will bring back the disc exchange after the first round. Bring 1-5 discs in good condition and go home with the same number of discs you brought.
Also for more fun Harald will be running his patented Shoot Your Age Challenge! I haven't asked him yet, but I assume.
An additional Putting Competition after the first round to determine the Blue Ridge Disc Golf Club Putting Champion!
There may be some more fun to help encourage everyone to stick around until the end of the event!
