Tournament refund / cancellation policy
Players must request their withdrawal by email:

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee (except PayPal fees).

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 15 and 29 days prior to the start of the event will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee (except PayPal fees) ONLY if their place in the tournament is filled by the waitlist. Otherwise, the player will be refunded 50% (except PayPal fees).

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the event will receive a 100% refund (except PayPal fees) ONLY if their place in the tournament is filled by the waitlist. Otherwise, the player will be refunded 25% (except PayPal fees).

Once the 14-days deadline before the event has passed or if no official withdrawal request has been made, players will not receive any compensation.

Les joueurs qui demandent officiellement à se retirer du tournoi entre 15 et 29 jours avant le début de celui-ci recevront un remboursement de 100 % de leurs frais d’inscription (hors frais Paypal) UNIQUEMENT si leur place dans le tournoi est remplie par la liste d'attente. Dans le cas contraire, le joueur sera remboursé à 50% (hors frais Paypal).

Les joueurs qui demandent officiellement à se retirer du tournoi dans les 14 jours précédant celui-ci recevront un remboursement de 100% de leurs frais d'inscription (hors frais Paypal) UNIQUEMENT si leur place dans le tournoi est comblée via la liste d'attente. Dans le cas contraire, le joueur sera remboursé à 25% (hors frais Paypal).

Passé le délai de 14 jours avant le tournoi ou à défaut de demande de désinscription officielle, les joueurs ne recevront aucun dédommagement.
