About this tournament

**UPDATE: This tournament is a PDGA sanctioned XC-Tier charity event.*
This is a Fundraiser Event to help DiscPrint with its current and future projects.
It is a True Amateur event so the majority of prize support is in the form of player packs to really hit home the spirit of disc golf and this course which is just to get out there and play.
Player pack is a $15 voucher for the onsite vendor day of the event. Onsite vendor will have a selection of discs from most major manufacturers as well as other disc golf accessories. The on-site vendor will also be selling additional merchandise before and after the tournament with a portion of the profits being donated to DiscPrint.
Nominal trophy for winner of each division.
Division Prize for CTP.
MA1 will play from the Long Tees. All other divisions from the Short Tees.
If there are less than 5 players in any division they will be transferred to the nearest division.
MA40+ -> MA3 -> MA2 <- MA1
FA40+ -> FA3 -> FA2 <- FA1
DiscPrint is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to growing the sport of disc golf through a variety of community outreach and educational programs. DiscPrint helped in the creation of this course at Amanda's Field and is currently working closely with Upper Township to increase awareness for the sport of disc golf in the community and with the students in the surrounding school districts.
DiscPrint is working toward installing concrete/paver teepads here at Amanda's Field DGC and signs at the teepads for each hole.

DiscPrint is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
Cancellation 14+ days prior to event = 100% Refund minus $10 processing fee.
Cancellation <14+ days prior to event = No Refund & player pack is subject to forfeit.
Day of Event "No Call / No Show" = No Refund & player is is forfeit / not held.
Waitlist Policy - Waitlist players will initially pay a $10 non-refundable processing fee. If promoted from Waitlist prior to the day of the tournament, you will be required to pay remainder of entry fee to be able to play in the tournament and receive a player pack.
