Anybody else get a refund check in the mail that was short. Paid $36.26 for two entries (one pdga member and one non-current member). Got a refund check for $22. Where's the rest? Still owed almost $15. Non-refundable fees shouldn't count if the tournament is canceled. And I'm assuming they kept the $10 for my wife not be a current pdga member.

Refunds are done by the Alabama State Games, and since they have thousands of people to refund, it may take a little bit. Yes I'm aware that is been canceled for about 2 weeks now.

I mean, it's $25 so I'm not super concerned about it. However, the refund policy at the bottom of the about page here says refunds will be given immediately upon cancellation, which does bother me after a couple weeks. I guess I'll just keep an eye out for it.

Maybe you didn't get the message, this tournament has been canceled out of concern for covid-19.

And 80 is the most we could put on that course at one time, which is pushing the limitations of the course anyways.

They posted on the Facebook page a couple of days ago that it was canceled and refunds would be issued soon

I also received an email stating that alm the Alabama state games were canceled for the year and would be hosted June 13-15, 2021

J.D., I'm coordinating with the ASG people to get this straightened out. Unfortunately, we can't do much about the Paypal fees and the discgolfscene "tournament handling" fees, they are definitely handling the tournament, even though it did get cancelled.
