Welcome to the 1st Ace Run Challenge hosted by Muletown Disc Golf !!
Entry:
$20 per player ($16 to the purse $4 per hole + $4 to the club)
All money paid will be going into this event only
The Muletown Disc Golf club Ace Pot is not active in this event
Location:
Kiwanis Shelter at Woodland Park in Columbia, TN
This tournament is open to anyone and everyone! Come mix it up with us a little bit for a little change from a normal round! The club is starting the pot off at $20/hole ($80 donated). Each hole will have a winner that is paid out in Cash/Venmo/PayPal. This is specific to Woodland Park, and I've created the set of rules. I'll break everything down in detail, but here is the TLDR.
We will being throwing for Aces on 4 of our shortest holes. Everyone will get 3 chances to get the best result. Aces are of course the highest accolade!! The winner will receive the money for that hole.
Come on out and let's hit some ACES!!!
****FULL DETAILS BELOW*
$80 donated from the club ($20/ hole to start. holes 7 red, 8 red, 15 blue, 16 blue)
May consider splitting each hole into a run to the red and blue baskets*
Rules:
At the player meeting, we will draw cards from a deck of regular playing cards. These will determine what order and potentially which group/hole you will be a part of. You can chose to be put in a group with friends or family as well. Just let me know before the drawing.
The event will be played as mob golf, can split up if needed. (1 or 2 groups depending on participation)
Everyone takes turns for 3-rounds and order is determined by drawn cards Ace-2 (suits can be used to determined order too).
We will be playing these holes from short tees:
7 red basket
8 red basket
15 blue basket
16 blue basket
How to win a hole: (After 3 rounds)
Triple Ace
Double Ace
Ace
Chain hit
Any Metal hit
CTP
If multiple people have the highest ranked win requirement, they split the payout.
Example applies to each hole: multiple people hit an ace after 3 rounds, the payout is split. If no ace and multiple people hit chains, the payout is split. Etc. The best score a single player can accomplish would be 3 aces (1 ace per round).
