Good evening Long Dayers!
Welcome to the 4th iteration of the Long Day tournament at Little Mulberry! Thank you for registering and challenging yourself physically and mentally through 4 rounds of frisbee! With the later date, there will be a few differences from prior iterations to help streamline the event and make more efficient use of the daylight.

PDGA LIVE HAS ALL HOLE INFORMATION FOR EACH ROUND. KEY rings may NOT be accurate

> Check In will be held at the pavilion beginning at 7:45am AND via the PDGA Live APP. You ONLY need to check in physically IF you want to enter into the CASH ONLY ACE POT for the tournament. That will be $5, and will be good for ALL 4 rounds! If you do not want to enter into the Ace Pot, you can check in via the APP and report directly to your starting hole. Your starting holes have been published, and can be seen on the attachment.

> First Round will begin at 8:15am. There will be a 2 minute warning via the PDGA Live app, along with an airhorn if it arrives in time. Your starting holes and cards remain the same for both Rounds 1 and 2. Round 2 will begin IMMEDIATELY following the LAST card to finish Round 2. Again, there will be a 2 minute warning.

> Upon completion of the 2nd round, there will be a 60 minute lunch and ALL basket locations will move. Attached is the Pin Location for all 4 rounds. Basket volunteers, you will receive a separate email shortly with additional instructions. PLEASE THANK OUR BASKET VOLUNTEERS THROUGHOUT THE DAY

> We will not have access to the Pavilion during the lunch break. I highly encourage you to bring your lunch and NOT leave the park as we know parking will be a concern. ALL AM PLAYERS will be able to select a disc of their choice and those that purchased the jersey will be able to pick them up during the lunch break. I will have these items along with additional tables for players to use near Hole 1.

> Cards will reset and starting holes may change for Round 3. A 2 minute warning will be given, and we will follow the same format as before going into Round 4.

> Upon completion of the event:
1) If there is a tie for any first place position, those players will go to a sudden death format playing Holes 1, 7, 18 until a winner is determined. That play will be from the Blue positions.
2) If there is a tie for any trophy position, those players will hold a CTP throw off from the pavilion to Hole 17s A position.
3) If no Ace is hit during the tournament, all players who paid in will throw from the pavilion to Hole 17s A position. The 2 closest CTPs will split the pot, if no Ace it hit.
4) Awards will be held within the pavilion
