Short and sweet. Please find the attached Caddie Book containing important Player and Tournament Information. Please be sure to review the entire document, and please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have. Please be sure to flag this email, download the Caddie Book, take screenshots, and/or save a link to your mobile device for ease of accessibility during the tournament. We will provide additional information as it comes in, please stay tuned-in to the DGScene Tournament Page as a lot of information is provided under the About section, as well as comments and questions answered from your peers in the Comments section.

Hi All! Important info regarding BRIDGEWATER tournament play. Bridgewater Links is also a wedding venue, and a wedding has been scheduled for Saturday 9/21 @ 7pm. The event planners will be setting up for the wedding throughout the day on Saturday. That being said, the back patio is off limits during this time. For safety purposes POOL A (All PRO divisions + MA1) will be playing to Alternate Hole 18 at Bridgewater. On Sunday, POOL B will play to regular Hole 18.

Side note: Outside alcohol is NOT allowed at Bridgewater Links, please be respectful as we hope to continue a positive relationship with the facility. However, Bridgewater does sell alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please be kind and rewind (just kidding). Please be kind and tip your bartender, be respectful, buy up all they have to offer, and help us show everyone that disc golf is worth it!

Hi All!! COURSE PRACTICE info.
We are still in the midst of course improvements (plus new pro-tees/am-tees), once those are complete we will have the layouts updated on UDisc.
SARA Park is always available to play (baskets are not yet in place for holes 5A-5D), but you are welcome to open the current existing 24 hole tournament layout on UDisc and play to those holes until we get them installed.

Bridgewater will be available to play on specific days, starting SUNDAY 9/8 (previously Saturday 9/7 but has been pushed out due to a waterline break at the golf course). Availability will be this Sunday 9/8, Tuesday 9/10, and Saturday 9/14, and Tuesday 9/17 - Friday 9/20 the week of the tournament. Available times for Bridgewater for those days will be:
+ Open at 4pm
+ 5pm is the latest to check in wanting a cart.
+ 5:30pm is the latest to check in walking-only. For Friday 9/20 Bridgewater is open for play starting at 12 noon.

Please be sure to sign in at the golf shop, calling ahead to schedule a tee-time is preferred (+1 928-855-4777). $15/round with a cart, $10/round without a cart (the tournament will be walking-only).

HI ALL. We had a few updates. Early Bird Registration Hole Sponsorship is extended to all other divisions through 7/20 until 7:55pm while the All Ladies+Juniors Divisions registration is open.
Updates to times for Early Player Check-In and Random Doubles on Friday 9/20, as well as information regarding the Raffle have been made.

9/20: Early Player Check-In is now 1pm-3pm
9/20: Random Doubles Sign Ups is now 1pm-2:30pm
9/20: Drawing Partners for Random Doubles is now 2:40pm-2:50pm
9/20: Random Doubles Tee Off is now 3pm

Raffle Updates: Raffle tickets can be purchased at SARA Park on Friday, both courses on Saturday, at the Player Party, and ONLY at SARA Park on Sunday (until 10:30am)
9/22: Raffle Drawing will take place at roughly 11:15 am. All items must be picked up from SARA Park on Sunday by 6:30pm. If you are leaving town early, please leave your tickets with someone who can pick up your items, ticket must be presented for verification. All unclaimed items will be forfeited back to the LHCDGC and used towards future events.

In the mean time, here is what we do know: We are offering the following tiered registration (Details can be found in the About section):
+ Early Bird Registration - Hole Sponsorship $80 (Starting 7/10)
+ All Ladies + Junior Divisions Registration (Starting 7/18)
+ Open Registration (7/20)

Super organized, really pro-active, absolutely no hiccups at LHCO this year. Highly recommend making the trip out there, the drive is really easy as well. See you all at states!
