Hi! Saw the email about player pack pick-up but where is the location for that? Also, if we can't make it there before 6 tonight, will the pick-up location be at our starting course? Is there a separate player check-in in the morning?

And do we have to check in or do we just show up at our tee time

Mike Cajohn    June 10, 2021 at 3:52pm

If you are staying in town and looking for something to do after the tournament, WV United is playing a match at Trace Fork. Also Beggars Clan is playing at Sams Saturday night if you want to see some music.

Wine cellar has long and short pins on the front 9, so if you are unfamiliar with the course don't look for long/short tees.

My son would be in the MJ15 and I would be in the MA40, these seem to be pool a and pool c and will start at two different courses. Am I seeing this right? I guess depending on the tee times it will be hard to get him to a different course. Thanks

We can get him to the correct courses in time as they are only 15 minutes apart (max). We just need to communicate once the PDGA establishes T-Times

Stephen Leippi    May 24, 2021 at 2:36pm

Any way I could drop from MA2 to MA3 please and thank you

Any update on what pool will play what courses??? Not from the area and won’t have time to play all three courses

Scott Jenkins    May 20, 2021 at 12:33am

In regards to the pools... So..does each pool play at their respective course that they start on 2 times or is there a course switch for round 2? Originally I thought it was shotgun start... did that change or was it always supposed to be tee times?

Steven Koepsel   May 20, 2021 at 1:03am

It is Tee times and you switch courses. I have received waiver from PDGA that the 4 some you start with you stay with.

Brandon Bohaychyk    May 18, 2021 at 1:21pm

I need to withdraw from the tournament. My daughter will still be in the hospital.
