Looks like more rain coming this morning, but it doesn't look like it will last like yesterday. We are going to start as Scheduled and we will stop only for lightning and we will resume after the threat goes away and we will get the rounds in today. I checked the road to the back and it is wet but it is ok. Again please refer to your emails and to posts from me or Dark Matter Disc Golf and not texts, I do not text tourney info.

Adding to the earlier post, Tee times for those who have tomorrow are posted. If you were still in your round your tee time will be 8:00 AM and it will be a shotgun start. I do feel horrible about the ones of you who only have a a few holes to play, it's a bad deal I know. Thank you all for being a great bunch of folks!!

OK, after consulting the PDGA on today’s events, tomorrow we will be finishing today’s round. All of the rounds still being played will shotgun start where you left off at 8:00 AM. Holes that were already underway will have to a card decision as to lies. For everyone who had not begun their round, tee times will start at 8:15 AM and will be posted on the PDGA event site as soon as I can. I am sorry for the confusion but we will get this right. We are still having the players party and flymart tonight at the interpretive center at the park. There will be pizza and sodas, it’s also BYOB. I hate the way things went today, this is a first for me. We got several inches of rain today and it’s still storming, so bring your waterproof shoes if you got them. I will email this to everyone and post on the Facebook event page.

I just played in a tournament last weekend in Mobile. I finished dead last lol the first group I played with was awesome. The second round not so much. I am fairly new to this but I am guessing that the people who score the worse where grouped together. The other three I was playing with where cooking the books. I called them out on it but they just kept pretending I didn't say anything. I had a girl with me as we played so she started counting strokes. Just to make sure I wasn't mistaken. These guys would have double boogies and say they got par. If the disk hit the basket and didn't go in they would consider it a birdie. I should have scored a little better than them. I refuse to cheat just to make myself feel like I am better than I actually am.
I did point it out to the guy hosting and he was nice about it. I know he can't prevent everyone from cheating and don't hold him accountable for it. I will play in the next one he host very nice guy I put this out there because I didn't want it to reflect bad on him he did a amazing job. He also is addressing the issue.
