6th Annual Mid Summer Meltdown Presented by Latitude 64

The Mid Summer Meltdown is a tournament that was started 6 years ago as a C-tier and has grown quickly into an A tier event that we are hoping to turn into a week long summer vacation here on the beautiful gulf coast. This year the Meltdown will be a three day tee time event with one round a day so you enjoy everything else our great area provides for entertainment. We have $3000 added pro cash. Amateur divisions will be trophy only with player packs value at least double the entry fee. Thursday the 15th of July will get things started with a flex start C-tier, then a Fly mart and players meeting for the main event that evening.

Players MUST email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director only at the contact information posted for the tournament. Discussions with persons other than the Tournament Director, including other tournament staff, shall not be considered official.

Any Player who officially requests to withdraw from the event before 6/18/21 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees.)

Amateur Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 6/18/21 and 7/15/21 will receive a 100% cash refund (minus any DG Scene fees) ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the player will receive just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (any shipping fees incurred, must be prepaid by the player before shipping.)

Pro Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between 6/18/21 and 7/2/21 will receive a 100% cash refund.

Pro Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after 7/2/21 but before 7/15/21 will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $20 fee unless the player's spot is filled from the waitlist.

No refunds will be given after 6/17/21 for Pro or Amateur Players.

Players WHO DO NOT OFFICIALLY REQUEST TO WITHDRAW from a registered spot playing in the event prior to 7/15/21 and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
