COVID Guidelines - Please read. If you are feeling sick please stay home.

Keep an eye out in these comments because the situation seems to be ever evolving......

I will be there at or before 7:30am , we'll be ready to check-in/ register people by 7:45 a.m. and will start teeing off groups from staggered holes at 8:00 a.m. sharp to promote social distancing (no formal player meeting)...first come, first served! We will do our best to card 4 people all from the same division or at least same tees. It should work out just fine but in this environment we just ask that everyone keep 3 themes in mind: patience, understanding and cooperation.

Check-in/ reg. ends at 9:30 and we hope to have everyone tee'd off for round by approx. 9:45am. There will be NO player meeting, all needed info will be conveyed to each individual group as you are sent out to tee off at your hole assignment.

There will be an "enhanced" player pack for all ams valued at $25 (usually $15) to promote less vending during payouts at the end. There will be 3 to 4 different player pack options available to choose from!

There will be no ceremonial event after to avoid large gatherings. As the event gets closer things may change.

Event fees will be reimbursed if you become ill and cannot attend or if the events get cancelled.

We will be there bright and early to start registering folks and sending them out. We will meet at the large pavilion by hole 14. We will start people as soon as 4 show up from each division to make a card. We will send folks off tees 14 and 24 (maybe a few off 19 as well).
There will not be community water stations so be sure to bring lots of water with you. Lunch will be available to the first 50 folks who pay with a $6 donation. It will be bagged lunch from our good friends at Phil's Deli. Choice of turkey or ham sandwich, cookies, crackers, and a drink. Secure your lunch by paying the morning of registration. Can't wait to see you all out there!!

All long tees will be played by MPO, MP40, and MA1.
Hole 10 long tee will be played the following way:
If you attempt to throw the route over the water and do not land safely across the painted O.B. line, you must advance to the red short tee. The red short tee will play as the drop zone. You will be throwing 3 from there.

I have had multiple requests for this. I am excited and I hope you enjoy it. For those who have not participated in an event with live scorecards, it is very easy. I will have all instructions and the event code on tournament day. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE IS CHARGED. No app download needed.
