Refund Policy

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or a walk-up entry (if offered). If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% cash refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% cash refund.

Event Schedule :
May 24th Tournament registration opens for sponsors and players.
October 15 Event check in at Trace State Park and C tier flex start on Old Warrior run, check in and flex start will run from 1230pm - 430pm.

October 16 Late check in by hole 1 at the pavilion, please check in no sooner than 30min before schedule tee off. 1st round Open/Adv via tee times on Trace Gold. All other divisions old warrior run (trace blue). Novice, Rec, Am women play short tees along water. (Holes 6, 7, 10).

FRIDAY NIGHT PLAYERS PARTY
Location - Steeles Dive 4187 Main St Tupelo, Ms
Time - 7pm - 9pm
Free food for event players, please let us know if you're coming so we can pay for enough food, this is pivotal.
Disc golf games with prizes on site weather permitting.

October 17 2nd round Open/Adv via tee times on Trace Gold, all other divisions on old warrior run (trace blue). Novice, Rec, Am women play short tees along water (holes 6,7,10).
Please arrive and check in 30min prior to your tee time.

October 18 Final round via tee times on Trace Gold, Novice Rec and Am women will have shorter tee pad placements. Each division will be paid out as divisions finish their rounds. Please check in 30min prior to your tee time.

LaQuinta of Tupelo, Ms has agreed to be our host hotel, they've JUST done tons of major upgrades so this hotel is in brand new shape. Everyone will need to call the hotel @ 662-847-8000 and tell they clerk they are booking in the group "Disc Golf". BOOK AS SOON AS YOU CAN BECAUSE ROOMS ARE LIMITED.

Misissippi Mafia Disc Golf is excited to reach our goal of an A-tier sanctioning for this event in 2020. We will be holding events throughout 2020 to raise money for this particular event as we want to go above and beyond anything we've ever accomplished with the WOGD. Keep on the lookout for our upcoming events on the Mississippi Mafia Disc Golf Partners in Crime facebook page. We will also be announcing when registration for the WOGD2020 opens very soon, it will be pre-registration only and registration will close early as it did in 2019 so PLEASE don't be one of the people messaging me the week of like last year wanting to get in.
