Hello everyone- hoping you all had a fantastic week and are ready to top it off with a great tournament. The following are a few notes on the course layout as well as other bits and pieces pertaining to the tournament.

Check-in will run from 8-8:30 with a player's meeting at the sign-up tent near the practice basket at 8:30. Round one will start at 9am to give everyone plenty of time to get to their starting tee. Round two starts at 1pm after lunch. Talking about lunch- remember you will be receiving a $5 voucher to Big Belly BBQ.

Scoring will be done with the PDGA digital scorecard and the access code is Summer Salute.

We will be playing the standard (short) layout on all the holes except for the following...

Hole 6 we will be playing to the long/pink basket both rounds. I trimmed some brush and saplings on the left-hand side of the fairway opening up a potential Hyzer line from the tee.

Hole 9 will play as an Island marked by white paint and the tall grass. If you miss the Island, you are OB and will take your next shots from the drop-zone until you successfully land in the Island and inbounds.

Hole 11 we will be playing the long/pink basket.

Hole 17 we will be playing from the tee pad position on top of the hill behind 16s basket.

Keep checking the notes on the PDGA live scoring app as you play through as I have notes about OB, casual water, and layout information entered in there for your reference.

With regard to payouts- MPO will be receiving payout via PayPal. For Am divisions we will be sending an electronic gift card to your email to use for anything at DBL Helix Disc Sports .com. (Due to the possible inclement weather, we are staying away from doing a big fly-mart).

Hi Curtis-you should have received an email with updated information about the event. In case you didn't please revisit the description of this event. In a nutshell-we are playing both rounds at Twin Grove Campground. Registration is between 8 and 8:30 with a pre-round meeting at the registration tent near the practice basket at 8:30. Round one starts at 8:45 and round two begins at 1pm.
