First - Apologies this took so long.. I got the trophies back in early November, and took them to a pair of events to pass out what I could to folks i saw there , intending to mail the rest, but then in a whirlwind have dealt with a job transition, a family death, a sudden home project and life - and simply forgot to set down and box them up. First - Apologies this took so long.. I got the trophies back in early November, and took them to a pair of events to pass out what I could to folks i saw there , intending to mail the rest, but then in a whirlwind have dealt with a job transition, a family death, a sudden home project and life - and simply forgot to set down and box them up. I posted to the Facebook page I needed addresses and I guess it didn't get much notice; The few addresses i did have I cannot locate in messages because i forgot who sent hem ( it was only a few ).

If you are owed a trophy for the event and have not received it yet -Three options:
1) please EMAIL me your mailing address at [email redacted] with "Trophy" in the subject line.
2) I will have them at the Raleigh Winter Jam, The Buckhorn Am Weekend, and the Pinehurst tournaments if you want to just pick up in person.
3) If your local~ish to me and want to drop by and look at discs and pick it up, get up with me to arrange a time to make sure I am available.

Quick question… are you going to mail the trophies to each of the winners once they are done getting engraved?

Thank you to all the TDS and staff for a very well run tournament. It is very much appreciated, I have been at tournaments that we’re not run properly and this one definitely was done correctly.

THANK YOU for signing up for the 5th PAnnual Pine Cone Open! If you were not aware, the Pine Cone was the first event I ever ran, and did so on the anniversary of my picking up the game of disc golf. This event is special to me, and I am excited to once again see it have a full field.

Gates will open at 7:00. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY AND BLOCK THE GATE. PLEASE.

ALso - do not park along the road way if there is space in the overflow lot.

Registration will be up no later than 7:30, though we will let folks register earlier if we are set up quickly. Registration will cut off at 8:15 sharp.

Player pack - This year the player pack is valued at $58 MSRP and includes:
Limited Edition Prime Lime SLammer with FG Am Tour Logo
Opto Explorer with Event Logo
Black dry fit shirt with Event Logo
Package of UFO Glow Tape
2 Bottles of water

I will blow the truck horn for "Two Minutes" at 8:43. This will be two long horn blasts. Please pass along the word as the woods are thick.

I will blow the truck horn to start at 8:45. This will be 15 seconds of short horn bursts. Again, pass it along.

Meal break - one hour from the last confirmed card.

Scorekeeping: Using PDGA live scoring. You can access it at https://www.pdga.com/apps/tournament/score/login. The event code is FGDG.

Backup alternative scorekeeping method is Udisc.

OBs - Parkwide - any road, playground, structure or building
Hole 14 - Over the fence, in an infinite line each direction. As always, card decision on OB.

Payout - electronic vouchers.

IMPORTANT - This is different from my other events this year :
1) The trophies will not be present tomorrow. My usual vendor's laser engraver broke down this week and he can not get them to me on time. I will get them to the proper recipients when they are delivered.

2) ALL DIVISION WINNERS WILL WIN A NEW DYNAMIC DISCS BAG COURTESY OF UNITED TRAFFIC SERVICES!!!

DO NOT PUT ME IN THE POSITION TO DECIDE BETWEEN ONE PLAYER AND THE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PARK. If it doesn't belong there, leave it at home.
