Before 8:00am I'd recommend. Whatever you need for warm up & enough time to pick your players pack disc before your round.

UPDATE (4/29/21): Update to schedule. To help with travel time round 1 tee times will start at 8:00am instead of 7:00am. Tee times & players meeting email will be sent out this afternoon/evening. We will try our best to grant tee time requests & pairing requests that we have already received but can't promise anything. We WILL NOT accept any new requests at this time. FRIENDLY REMINDER: We have been very lenient on our refund policy due to Covid uncertainty still. Once the Players Meeting email gets sent & tee times get posted either Wednesday or Thursday night we will be adhering to our refund policy & you will only receive 50% of your entry back in a refund. UPDATE (3/23/21): Round 1 tee times will start at 7:00am & run through at least 10:30am. We're planning for a 1 hour 20 min break between rounds. Round 2 tee times will start at 11:00am & run through 2:30pm.Tee times in 10 minute increments. The plan is to single tee off hole 1. NO RESHUFFLING OF GROUPS. YOU'LL PLAY WITH THE SAME GROUP BOTH ROUNDS. (So if your tee time is 7:00am round 1 your tee time will be 11:00am for round 2 & so on. Please plan accordingly!

PLEASE use the Green course "Lettered holes" to warm up for event. DO NOT warm up anywhere on the Main 18 hole course

As long as you feel you need to get warmed up and ready. The 9 hole beginner course is available for warming up on.

I’d say show up to the putting basket by hole 1 atleast 10 minutes before your tee off. Go to hole one like 5 minutes before tee off so you’re there and ready. All the other warm ups before hand depends on what you need

Tee times will be sent out Wednesday or Thursday before the event in the players meeting email.

Yeah tee times off of hole 1. So if your tee time is 7:00am your round 2 tee time will be 11:00am. It should take no more than 2 hours & 30 minutes to play the 18 hole layout.

I'm not 100% certain. I'm sure a quick Google search could yield some results. Only thing I can think of or know of are Clay's Park & Baylor Beach.
