PAYOUTS
PROS-Day of cash payout (25% of buy in for park donation)-Trophy for top 3 places
AMATEUR-Merchandise payout day of via on site flymart supplied by Fly High Disc Supply. Trophy for top 3 places in all divisions.
COURSE LAYOUT AND OB
Pro and AM divisions will play both rounds from the longest pads available
Rec division will play from the short pads (if available) both rounds. HOLE 11 TO BE PLAYED FROM THE MIDDLE TEEPAD BOTH ROUNDS
CO-ED division will play from the short pads (if available) first round, long pads for the 2nd round. HOLE 11 TO BE PLAYED FROM THE MIDDLE TEEPAD FIRST ROUNDS-ALL CO-ED TEAMS PLEASE SEE TYLER IN THE MORNING
All concrete plays as OB (take from where last in bounds with a 1 stroke penalty) All gravel roads play as casual, no penalty
SAFETY
Please be safe, pay attention to other players, and respect each other.
PARK ACCESS
The park and course will be open by 7:00 a.m. The entrance is on 57057 Ash Rd, Osceola, IN 46561, follow the signs to tournament central which will be located at the lower level of Baugo Station to the right of Hole 11's fairway. Parking-At the 4 way intersection, go straight pass hole 12's tee pad and left along the picnic area. Park in between the bulletin board/gate and hole 13's tee pad.
CHECK-IN
Check-in will begin no later than 7:30 a.m. with the player's meeting at 8:15 a.m. and tee off at 8:40 a.m. All players must check in at tournament central which is located at Baugo Station, everyone can pick up their player packs at check-in.
FOOD DRIVE/TOYS 4 TOTS DONATIONS
We are honored to be able to help less fortunate individuals this holiday season. Donations will be accepted at tournament central. All toys must be new and unopened, please refer to the attached file to see what items are acceptable at the food bank.
GROUP ASSIGNMENTS AND SCORING
Hole assignments will be posted at check in.
We will be using physical scorecards for this event which will be available at tournament central. Back up score on UDISC is encouraged and acceptable.
CTP/LONG PUTT/50-50CTP/ACE
19 holes will have division based CTP or Long Putts for the first round. There will be 2 50/50 CTP's, one each round on hole 9. If no aces are hit 1/2 of the pot will be donated to the park, we will have an ace/ctp throw off for the other 1/2 from hole 11's short pad to the short pin.
LUNCH/WATER
Lunch is provided for all paid entries-Bruno's Pizza. There will be water and soda at tournament central and Hole 1.
SECOND ROUND WILL START 1 HOUR AFTER THE FINAL SCORECARD FROM ROUND 1 IS TURNED IN. CHECK TOURNAMENT CENTRAL FOR ROUND 2 HOLE ASSIGNMENTS AND TEE TIME
