According to info given me by a rep from the PDGA ratings committee, June 18 was the deadline for getting official results to them. On June 14 the problems confronting the TD seemed to be persisting (see post below). My guess is that they did not get resolved in time for the July 2 ratings post.

I'm not sure I would be so patient when info is not given or illegible marks are made by players. The TD here has been generous, giving time to fix problems for others. What would the consequence be if a TD submits official results for everyone except those who were not careful to write enough or clearly? My take-away from this experience: When you sign off on your card, check to see if it is all legible.

As soon as we get it I while check to make sure your PDGA # is correctly recorded so you get credit. Rob, The TD report was submitted two days after the event, However in order to make sure everything was correct to that you and others can get the correct rating for the event we needed to put a hold on the report and asked the PDGA to not submit the results as we had multiple people make us aware of incorrect score or PDGA numbers. I am sorry if I cannot read everyone's hand writing at times and that I have a job outside of doing disc golf. We have just got done reviewing all the score cards, player cards, and verifying any PDGA numbers we could as well as submitting new memberships for people who signed up at the event. As for your Berth, it has been reported to the MDGO but one person didn't have a PDGA # or e-mail listed in the paperwork and the MDGO has assured us that as soon as we get this information to them all of the berths earned at this event will show on your profiles and directions for redemption will be given. This is the first of our events that has ever missed the ratings deadline cut-off or been more then 2 weeks to report properly, and hopefully the last as we are working on other ways to make it more efficient. Sometimes life happens and as such is taken care of in lieu of disc golf.

Rob, I cannot guarantee there will be an Am 4 division as there is even a player rated 740 player rec. I will add you to the list and see if that changes the landscape, but if we can't get at least 3 people in the division you would need to play another division.
