PDGA requires any player under the age of 13 to have at least one designated guardian that is not a player or a caddie on the card with them to ensure their safety. I need to know if the registered player falls in this category or not. It is the player's responsibility to ensure a guardian that meets this requirement is available.

PDGA requires everyone on the card (or their respective caddie) to keep score. I STRONGLY encourage everyone to use PDGA live scoring because it helps ensure your scorecard is turned in and you do not receive any penalties. Plus, live scoring allows me to more quickly tabulate results for a division because I do not have to wait for paper cards to come in. But, I understand everyone is not able to use PDGA live scoring, so please let me know your scoring choice below so I can prepare.

Team gets an additional USDGC stamped disc per player in addition to their normal registration and the team is eligible for a potential bid to USDGC if they both choose this option and beat out the other eligible teams for it.

(MPO/FPO teams that choose this option are not eligible for a bid if either member of the team is classified as a professional, but you can still get a disc if you wish.)

Available until August 10 at 11:55pm EDT
