Hello everyone!

First off we just want to give a huge thanks to each and every one of you all for your support in our efforts to fundraise! Here are a few quick housekeeping things to help things go smoothly tomorrow.

1. Divisions: In the caddy book, you might have seen the mention of divisions. Because we have such a large group of participants, we wanted to provide 3 divisions so that it was more competitive for each skill level. Our divisions are as follows. A tier: One or both partners have a personal best of -5 or better at Art Dye. B tier: One or both partners have a personal best between even par and -4 at Art Dye. C tier: One or both partners have personal best over par/just here to have fun. There will be prizes for each division. You should choose your division based on the skill level of the more skilled partner. We trust everyone to be honest in their division selection and are hoping for a somewhat even spread among the three. When registering on udisc tomorrow morning, it will ask for a division code. Each division code is the name of that division (A tier, B tier, C tier)
2. Udisc: One person per card will need udisc to keep score during the round. Be sure to check after each hole so that scores accurately reflect what you scored. That being said we do ask that everyone have udisc to be able to check in. A premium subscription is not required.
3. Please arrive at least by 8:30am so that we can get you checked in and assigned a starting hole and so that you can get some pancakes for breakfast! There will also be team merch on sale at the check in table!
4. The majority of cards will have 3 doubles partners on them. Please think of others you would like to play with so the check in process goes smoothly. If you do not know many people, or have plans to play with anyone, no worries we will help assign you a card.
5. LAST BUT NOT LEAST. We will be having a big arm challenge in between rounds. This is a distance competition. If you wish to participate, it is $3 per player. Winner gets $50 to OTB discs.

Parker Rushton Is the course reserved? Even if it’s not a sign might be nice. If there’s a bunch of non tournament players these could turn in to 4hr rounds easily. Even if it said, “you’re welcome to play but theres a tournament and play will be slow”. Might dissuade people ????. Mar 21
