Will the flex start players get an email too?

Daniel Alexander   February 3, 2023 at 1:31am

@Isaiah, I don't believe so just show up at your scheduled tee time and things will be discussed before your round.

What would be the chance of me gettin in from wait list

Daniel Alexander   February 4, 2023 at 2:00am

@Chris was busy doing early check in and flex start today, that being said waitlist currently has 10 people on it so I would say chances of getting in are very slim

Brayden Carroll    February 1, 2023 at 1:02am

Unfortunately, I had something come up and cannot make it on Saturday. Will you please withdraw me from the tournament. I understand it is past the 20th, but what is the refund protocol in my case?

Thanks

@Brayden, sorry to hear you cannot make the event. Being I still have a waitlist I will issue you a full refund. Hopefully you can make it next year!

Brayden Carroll   February 1, 2023 at 5:31pm

Thanks!

Daniel Alexander    January 26, 2023 at 3:14pm

As of 01/26/23 field size of the event has been increased to 100 and divisions have been sorted into pools based on tee pad assignments. (See about section for tee pad assignments). Also the course is in the current tournament layout except for two bonus holes which will be set up Friday 02/03/23. Waitlist has been moved to 1 in 1 out per pool to make sure everyone on a card is playing on the same pad for both rounds of the event. If anyone is not able to make the event please request a refund A ... more

@Mary, sorry to hear you cannot make it. Your refund has been processed

Marc Eden    December 14, 2022 at 1:58am

So everyone on the current wait list is good?

Daniel Alexander   December 14, 2022 at 2:16am

@Marc, they are still on the waitlist until they are not. I just wanted to provide some input

Marc Eden   December 14, 2022 at 2:18am

Ok. Thank u.

Daniel Alexander    December 14, 2022 at 1:51am

Just a heads up to everyone I do plan to increase the field size to 100 players like I have every year in the past. This won't happen though until closer to the event date when I can get a better pulse on the weather forecast as that is often my biggest concern when moving to 5 man cards.

Thanks to everyone for the support and signing up in record time. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me directly by email at [email redacted]

12 spots for the entire open field? That wouldn’t even get the minimum for each division to have a full card. 3 players to have a division. MPO MP40 MP50 MP60 FPO that’s 15 spots right there

Daniel Alexander   December 14, 2022 at 2:15am

@Doug, there was no cap on any PRO divisions, 80 pro players could have signed up when the event went live and took all the spots of the event. I only put a cap on the AM side to avoid having AMs leave nothing for the PROs. Based on AM side filling up in under 2 minutes it is likely next year this will be an AM only event.

Hank Wilson Jr    December 14, 2022 at 1:10am

Are the ladies getting women’s shirts or generic shirts? Cause if they are getting woman need to change Brittany’s size

Daniel Alexander   December 14, 2022 at 1:14am

@Hank, as of right now all shirts are unisex but, I will reach out to the supplier to see if ladies fit shirts are available.

Isaiah Carpenter    December 7, 2022 at 12:56pm

Daniel, would you consider adding a MJ12 division again? Thanks!

Ok thank you!

Isaiah Carpenter   December 9, 2022 at 4:53pm

Which pads would he be playing from?

Daniel Alexander   December 9, 2022 at 6:46pm

Both MA3 & MA4 will be playing from red pads both rounds

Gregg stevens    December 7, 2022 at 1:22am

Will everyone be playing from short pads? Don't want to jack my ratings up playing same pads as advanced.

Daniel Alexander   December 7, 2022 at 1:29am

@Gregg - Not 100% sure yet on pad assignments yet but, in the past I have set 3 pools. Pool A playing Long x2, Pool B playing Short/Long, and Pool C playing Short x2
