Tournament refund / cancellation policy Sooner Disc Golf Club strictly enforces the PDGA's policy on withdrawals and refunds section 1.03, including the $10 handling fee taken from the refund. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
