Is that a typo on the tee time/pdga tournament site that says the women are Pool A for Indian Creek?

Alec Falzone   November 18, 2018 at 2:20am

The PDGA portal isn't displaying the information correctly, so yes it incorrect. B Pool layout at Indian tomorrow for FA1, MA3, MA50, and MA4

Pool B Tee Time for Sparkman is 12:45

Hey guys, can someone either explain the Saturday schedule or update it on the About page? It looks like you have both pools teeing off at 9 am at Sparkman Parkside. Is that correct? Also, is this 2 or 3 rounds?

Rest assured, I will be sending out an itemized, detailed email to all registered players after online registration closes to fill in the gaps :)

You did great Alec, I was just trying to get some clarification. Thanks

Alec Falzone   November 2, 2018 at 2:26pm

No, the field events are not required.. But are super fun and highly encouraged :).. As of now, there are two pools and I won't have the information to decide on a cut for a while. So it is possible to cut to one pool, but unlikely.

Is there only two courses now? I thought Cullman was planned but can't find it now.

Correct, Sparkman (Parkside) and Indian Creek are the two courses in play. We had a lengthy staff discussion and decided this new, final schedule will work best given the time of year.

Curtis Shriver   October 31, 2018 at 8:36pm

Thanks, I'm looking forward to playing.

Will there not be a novice division?

Alec Falzone   October 22, 2018 at 5:22pm

Hi Dustin. The lowest division which will be offered is Recreational.

Dustin Thornton   November 1, 2018 at 2:47pm

Why is Novice not being offered?

Alec Falzone   November 5, 2018 at 4:12pm

Good news for you Dustin, I just opened Novice :)

Which course at Sparkman is going to be played?

Hey David, specific details will be finalized this week. Stay tuned!

Alec Falzone   October 23, 2018 at 11:58pm

Parkside!

MA60 division?

Alec Falzone   October 2, 2018 at 4:01pm

Brian, if there are enough MA60+ eligible players (At least 3) I will open up that division. But for now, MA50 will be the best option for you. I will make the decision once more people have registered (in MA50) whether or not to open it up!

Curtis Shriver   October 28, 2018 at 3:14pm

Brian, I know another 60+ is signed up now. I don't know if he'd move up but maybe you can get enough to open the division.
