Tournament refund / cancellation policy Fort Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds/ cancellations. Withdrawals and refunds shall be in accordance with Section 1.03 of the PDGA Competition Manual. If a withdrawal is requested after July 19, 2025 (1 week prior to the event) a 50% refund will be provided. If a player's spot is filled from the waitlist then the remaining 50% of entry will be refunded. The field will be set on Thursday July 25th at approximately 3:00 P.M. EST At that time, if you are on the waitlist, you shall receive a full refund. DiscGolfScene.com refund policy DiscGolfScene.com charges a non-refundable handling fee of $1.84 per registration.
