I'm sorry. I'll try to have that in consideration for next year's date. Is there a page that lists all the dates ultimate clubs are competing. I am guessing https://usaultimate.org/club/schedule/

Yup! It's usually posted there earlier in the year. Texas Sectionals and South Central Regionals are the ones to avoid since those are essentially our "playoffs". Would love to play this tournament again!
