We are keeping an eye on the weather and plan to play as scheduled because as of right now we don't expect anything terrible. But if the weather doesn't cooperate then we will do the following:

We will change the tournament to a flex start that will open from the original date of the tournament through the end of January (1/11/25-1/31/25). Your team will have this amount of time to come to Ol Colony and play 2 rounds of Best Shot Doubles and then submit your scores ... more

Hey everybody,

We are keeping an eye on the weather and plan to play as scheduled because as of right now we don't expect anything terrible. But if the weather doesn't cooperate then we will do the following:

We will change the tournament to a flex start that will open from the original date of the tournament through the end of January (1/11/25-1/31/25). Your team will have this amount of time to come to Ol Colony and play 2 rounds of Best Shot Doubles and then submit your scores to us. These 2 rounds can be on the same day or separate days(whatever works better for your team). We would prefer if you could play with another team from the tournament, but this is not a requirement.

The last day to request a refund if we make this change will be 1/18/25. This gives ample time for teams to determine whether they can come play in the available window.

Again, let me stress, this is only a back-up plan if the weather does not cooperate. We will not make the decision to change to this until late Friday afternoon.

We can't do anything about the weather, but we hope this is a good compromise for everybody.

Division selection…. Do we use highest rated teammate rating or average to select division? And if it is average what if my partner has no rating yet?
