Hello,
We are excited to see all of you this weekend at NAD for the 1st Annual 360 Open!
A few things below to get you prepared. Please send any questions my way and I will answer them for the good of the group in a final email on Friday.
- Starting holes. Will be posted end of week. We will not be having a players meeting. Be at your starting hole 15 minutes prior to the shotgun start at 9am.
- Check In. Starts at 8am.
- Tournament Central. Will be located in front of the jet plane. If you have any concerns during your round call 509.723.8485 (Nikole).
- Scorekeeping. Two scorekeepers per card is required. Electronic scorekeeping will be used. If you have not already, you can download the PDGA live app or use your browser to go to
https://www.pdga.com/score. Access code is 360OPEN. Paper scorecards will be available to those that wish to use them.
- Layouts. MPO/FPO/MP60/MA1 divisions will be playing Red to A, Blue to A, Red to B. All other divisions: Red to A, Red to A, Red to B
- Parking. Parking is limited, so please carpool if you can. Pull in as tight as possible when parking. If you park along the street, get as far off the street as possible. There is overflow parking on Kitsap Way.
- B-Tier. This is a sanctioned B-Tier event and the rules of play will be enforced. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of play and competition manual. These rules also extend to caddies.
Weather. Looks like things will be cooling down by this weekend. We will have water stations on the course. Stay hydrated!
- Bug Spray. NAD is very buggy right now, and bug spray is highly recommended.
- Raffle. Every tournament participant and sponsor will be automatically entered into a raffle that will take place after round 3, prior to trophies. You must be in attendance to win. This is our way of encouraging all of you to hang around and support the winners. Raffle prizes include a marksman basket and much more.
Thank you to our sponsors: Jacob Ramos and Electric Solutions LLC, Jackie Gfellar and Kitsap Physical Therapy, Miller Woodlawn/Dignity Memorial, Kris Deering, Cam Kellogg and Eternal Disc Dyes, Nancy and Jack Lorber, William Crawford and WC Plumbing Corp, Brianna Muro, and all of the tee pad sponsors!
See you on Saturday,
Nikole (and Matt)
