Sign-in starts at 5:00, discs in the air at 6:30.
Once you have signed in, you are welcome to play the course until we start at 6:30. You just need to be on your starting hole by 6:15.
Starting holes can be found on this google sheet. We can also tell you when you sign in.
Course map is attached. We will also have copies available when you sign in.
UDisc won’t let us set this event up through their system (since the course does not officially exist). Therefore, we will be using paper scorecards. You can pick one up when you sign in. You are welcome to keep score on udisc during the round and then just write down the final scores to hand in.
Because it takes a village to make glow events work, we need help with the following during the event:
At 6:15, please light up the basket on your starting hole. There will be a small flashlight zip tied to the basket. Please turn that on. (Note: we will be giving each card a set of glow sticks to use on the baskets if any of those flashlights go out early) .
At 6:15, turn on the tee pad lights. There will be two (taped together) light up tubes at the edge of each tee pad. At each end, please turn on to the slowest mode. (Note: we will have an example available at sign in to show you).
At 6:15, if you have a CTP flag at your tee pad, snap on the glow stick that is taped to the flag.
Throughout the round - There will be glow in the dark directional signs throughout the course and it would be helpful to the card behind you if you could “charge” them as you pass.
After the round. Please bring back the basket, tee pad lights, and CTP flag from your finishing hole. Also, if you happen to pass those directional signs and lights on your way back, feel free to grab any of those as well. (Note: we will be going back out on Sunday to grab any remaining directional items and lights).
We will be bringing what UV flashlights we have left and a few glow discs that will be for sale before the round.
You will be using your own discs for this event. You can place glow tape on your non glowing discs, or you can throw glow plastic. You will be receiving one packet of glow tape from MVP as part of your player’s pack. It has enough tape for about 6 discs. We should have a few additional packets for sale.
If you want to bring a flashlight or headlamp for walking between holes, please make sure you grab one with a red-light option. A typical "white" flashlight can be blinding for others on your card and is generally frowned upon during glow rounds.
T-shirts have been printed. No refunds possible at this point.
The course is in pretty good shape, but there are more bumps and lumps than you might be used to. Just be cautious as you maneuver around the course.
There will be prizes for division winners and two CTPs per division. Thank you to Cam Kellogg for donating 3 beautifully dyed discs!
No (formal) bathrooms on site. Plan accordingly.
Rain or moonshine event. Plan accordingly.
We won't be policing this event, but please be respectful of the 360 name (i.e. please do not drink and drive).
We are super excited for this event and can’t wait to see everyone out there!
